Reservation Confirmation
If you are making a reservation through booking sites, please check it carefully on your booking platform. In the case of direct reservations, your reservation will be confirmed by email.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns after the stay.
Cancellation
・Cancellation 5 days or more before the stay: 100% of the room charge
・No-show without notice: 100% of the room charge
