Where can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made...

    • Click on the "Check Availability" button on each house page and reserve

    • ​Book via email or through our official LINE account

  • ​​On Online Travel Websites

    • ​​Please search the house name on your preferred booking site and follow the steps to make a reservation

What is the procedure from reservation to check-in?

We will send you check-in information via your registered e-mail address or online travel site. If you do not receive the email, please be sure to contact us here.

01. 

After the reservation is confirmed

You will be notified that your reservation has been confirmed. Please double-check your check-in and check-out dates.

Also, please fill out the guest list to complete your check-in.

02.

Check-in D-3

We will remind you 3 days before your stay. Please do not forget to fill out the guest list.

This guest list is required by the Ryokan Business Law.

03.

Check-in D-DAY!

We will send you the key number. If you have not received your key number by 11:00 a.m., please be sure to contact us by e-mail or phone.

04.

Before check-out

We will send you a reminder of your check-out time and notices before your departure.

What is the check-in/check-out time?

Check-in time: 15:00〜22:00 / Check-out time: 10:00

I booked directly, how can I pay? 

Payment can be made by online card payment or bank transfer in advance.

Does a baby count as a child?

Children from 0 years old to preschool age will not be charged. Please note that cribs are not available. For elementary school students and older, a fee for one person (bedding fee) will be added.

Can I leave my luggage in the house?

We cannot keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out due to cleaning. However, we can keep them at Gaming Cafe ENOSPO for free on the 2nd floor of Shonan Enoshima Station on the Shonan Monorail (2-minute walk from Enoshima Station on the Enoshima Electric Railway).

Hours availability are from 10:30 to 19:00. If you wish to use this service, please be sure to consult with us in advance. Please note that we may decline your request if it is made on short notice.

Can I stay for consecutive nights?

Of course, you are always welcome! For those staying 10 or more nights in a row, we recommend that you book directly with us. One thing to keep in mind: we ask for your cooperation in the interim cleaning (additional fee charged).

When will the cancellation fee be charged?

No cancellation fee will be charged until 14:59 5 days prior to the check-in date.

Please note that a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if this limit is exceeded.

Can I change the number of people after I confirm my reservation?

Yes, it is possible to change the number of people. However, please note that any reduction in the number of persons during the period when cancellation fees are charged will not be eligible for a refund.
